About Scooty
Every other category in the app is a captain's own vehicle. This one is not: the scooty is a company asset, charged and serviced at our hubs, and the captain rents it from us for their shift. That is the whole model — renting a scooty to somebody with no vehicle creates a captain rather than poaching one.
It also means the vehicle standard is ours to set. There is no fleet-wide variation in what turns up, because there is no fleet-wide variation in who bought it.
Electric, in daily commercial use, not a pledge for later. Nothing is emitted at street level and there is no engine noise at the signal.
