What we collect, why we need it, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. No dense paragraphs hiding the important parts.

The short version
We collect what we need to get you a ride, move your parcel, or hand you a scooty, and to keep all three safe. We do not sell your personal information. Location is used while a trip or delivery is running, and to show you what is available near you.
1. What we collect
You give us
- Name, mobile number and email address.
- Pickup and drop addresses, saved places, and the addresses on a parcel job.
- For a rental enquiry: your city, the duration you want, the dates and your preferred pickup point.
- For captains and renters: KYC documents such as an identity proof, driving licence, and vehicle registration and insurance where the vehicle is yours.
- Anything you write to support, and anything you tell us on a call.
We collect as you use the service
- Location, while the app is in use and while a trip or delivery is running.
- Trip and delivery history, fares, and payment status.
- Device and app information: model, operating system, app version, and basic diagnostic logs.
2. Why we need it
- To match you with a captain and get them to the right place.
- To calculate a fare and show it to you before you confirm.
- To run safety features: the OTP, live tracking, the share-trip link and SOS.
- To verify captains and renters, which is what makes the platform safe for everybody else.
- To handle support, disputes, refunds and receipts.
- To meet legal and tax obligations, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
- To tell you about our services. You can opt out of marketing messages without losing the service messages you actually need.
3. Location, specifically
Location is the piece people ask about most, so plainly: we use it to find you at pickup, to navigate the trip, to show your captain moving on the map, and to know which service areas you fall inside. You can switch location permission off in your phone settings, but most of the app stops being able to do its job if you do.
