What we run

Send it
across town

Intra-city, same day, on the same electric fleet that carries our riders.

Why we run it

One fleet, two kinds of demand

Parcel is not a second business. It is a second job for assets we already own and already pay for.

Insulated delivery bags strapped to a two-wheeler on an Indian street

Nothing extra is bought

Parcels ride the vehicles and captains that already run our trips. No second fleet, no second operations team.

It fills the flat hours

Passenger demand peaks twice a day. Parcel demand does not sit in the same hours, so the fleet works through both.

Same booking model

A parcel is raised, assigned and tracked exactly like a ride. One app, one dispatch, two kinds of demand.

How it moves

Door to door, closed by the receiver

Collected from your door, handed over against a code, and finished only when the person at the other end has it.

  1. Raise the job

Pickup address, drop address, and an honest description of what is inside.

  2. A captain collects it

They come to your door. You hand over the pickup code, so the right parcel goes on the right trip.

  3. Track it across the city

Follow it on the map and send the receiver a link so nobody has to keep ringing you.

  4. The receiver takes it

The job closes then, and not a moment before. Left near the door is not delivered.

What people send

Small, urgent, same city

Most of it would otherwise cost somebody half a day crossing town and back.

Documents and keys

Signed papers the office needs by evening. The spare key somebody is waiting on.

Shop and spare parts

A part across town without shutting the shop for an afternoon to fetch it.

Medicines and chemist runs

Something urgent to a relative on the other side of the city, without either of you travelling.

Family errands

The tiffin, the charger, the thing somebody forgot at home this morning.

What we will not carry

A short list, and we mean it

Parcels travel on an open vehicle through city traffic. Some of this is safety and some of it is the law.

  • Cash, gold, jewellery or anything irreplaceable
  • Alcohol, tobacco, or anything that needs a licence to move
  • Anything illegal, and anything you would not describe honestly on the booking form
  • Live animals
  • Fragile items with no packing
  • Anything above the weight the vehicle can carry

Sending parcels every day?
