1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Go Speedy EV Private Limited ("Go Speedy EV", "we", "us"). They apply whenever you use our website, our app, or any of our services: ride booking, parcel delivery and electric scooty rental. Using any of them means you accept these terms.

2. What Go Speedy EV does

Go Speedy EV is a technology platform that connects you with captains who provide transport and delivery services, and it rents out company-owned electric scooties. For rides and parcels the captain provides the service and we provide the platform, the pricing and the support around it. For rentals of a Go Speedy EV Scooty, the vehicle is ours and a separate rental agreement signed at handover governs that specific vehicle.

3. Using the platform

• You must be old enough to enter a contract under Indian law.
• Give accurate information, particularly your phone number, addresses and, for parcels, an honest description of what is inside.
• Your account is yours. Do not let somebody else use it, and tell us promptly if you think it has been misused.
• Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, and do not interfere with it, copy it or attempt to break it.

4. Rides

• The fare for each available category is shown to you before you confirm. That is the amount you agree to pay.
• A trip starts only when the captain enters the OTP shown on your screen. Do not share that code before your captain reaches you.
• Waiting beyond a reasonable time, a route you ask to change, tolls and similar changes can alter the final amount. Anything of that kind is shown to you in the app.
• Behave decently with your captain. Abuse, damage to the vehicle or anything illegal during a trip can end your access to the platform.

5. Parcels

• Parcel charges are based on distance and weight together, and the total is shown before you confirm the job.
• You are responsible for what you send. Do not send cash, gold, jewellery, alcohol, tobacco, live animals, anything illegal, anything requiring a licence to transport, or anything above the weight the vehicle can safely carry.
• Pack it properly and describe it honestly. If a packet is mis-declared and something goes wrong as a result, that is on you.
• A delivery is complete when the person at the drop address takes it. Make sure somebody is there.

6. Scooty rental

• The form on our rental page is an enquiry, not a booking. It creates no obligation on either side and nothing is charged when you submit it.
• Vehicles are allocated and approved by our operations team by hand, depending on what is actually available for your dates and city.
• Rates, deposit, duration, kilometre limits, damage and everything else specific to the vehicle are set out in the rental agreement you sign at handover. That agreement takes precedence over anything general said here or on the rental page.
• While a vehicle is with you, you are responsible for riding it legally and safely: a valid driving licence, a helmet, traffic rules, and no riding under the influence. Challans and fines during your rental period are yours.
• The scooty is for your own use. Do not sublet it, do not let an unlicensed person ride it, and do not take it outside the area agreed with our team.

7. Payments

• Rides and parcels can be paid in cash or online. Receipts appear in your history either way.
• Online payments are processed by third-party payment partners under their own terms. We do not store your full card details.
• Cancellation and refund handling is set out in our refund and cancellation policy.

8. Captains

If you drive with us, you do so as an independent partner, not an employee. Commission on completed bookings with your own vehicle is agreed with you during onboarding. There is no joining fee, and nobody from Go Speedy EV will ever ask you for money, an OTP or a payment in order to onboard you or to get more trips. You are responsible for keeping your licence, registration and insurance valid, and for the condition of your own vehicle.

9. Safety

Every trip carries an OTP, live tracking and an SOS that reaches our operations team. Use them. If you are in immediate danger, contact the police first and then tell us so we can act on our side.

10. What we are and are not responsible for

• We are responsible for running the platform honestly: showing you the price before you agree, verifying our captains, and supporting you when something goes wrong.
• We do not control traffic, weather, road conditions or a captain's individual conduct on a given day, and the platform is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
• Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, and nothing here excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

11. Our brand and content

The Go Speedy EV name, logo, app, site design and content belong to us. Please do not copy them, use them for something of your own, or present yourself as connected to Go Speedy EV when you are not.

12. Suspending access

We can suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, for anything illegal, for abuse of a captain or of our staff, or for repeatedly mis-declaring parcels. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

13. Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the services change. The date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to use Go Speedy EV after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. If something is wrong, please talk to us first: most things are settled far faster on a phone call.
